Terms of Use
Last updated 13 June 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public website at torii.so (the “Website”), operated by Torii ApS (“Torii”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms cover the Website only. Your use of the Torii product, dashboard, and APIs is governed by a separate agreement, which we will make available when you sign up for the product. Nothing on the Website forms part of that agreement.
Permitted use
You may use the Website to learn about Torii, read our documentation, and get in touch with us. You agree not to:
- use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or availability of the Website;
- scrape, copy, or republish the Website’s content at scale except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
Intellectual property
The Website and its content (including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Torii name and marks) are owned by Torii ApS or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to view the Website for your own informational use. All other rights are reserved.
Our documentation and code samples may carry their own licence terms; where they do, those terms govern your use of that material.
Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
Disclaimer
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any information on the Website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or a commitment regarding the product.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torii ApS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Danish law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by revising this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. The version published here always governs your use of the Website. If you do not agree with the current Terms, please stop using the Website.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
