Dashboard Terms of Use: Torii

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your and your organisation’s (your organisation is your employer, contractor, or any other organisation that assigned you the task of using the Torii Dashboard because it uses or intends to use Torii’s services) use of the Torii Dashboard provided by Torii ApS. By accepting these Terms or using the Torii Dashboard you agree to these Terms, and you confirm that you are authorised to access and use the Torii Dashboard on behalf of your organisation.

Responsibilities

You and/or your organisation are responsible for the correct use of the Torii Dashboard. Torii assumes no responsibility or liability for your use of the Torii Dashboard.

You are responsible for:

Managing your access and, if applicable, managing the access rights of others within your organisation, as well as access credentials such as passwords and API or signing keys;
The (personal) data that you provide to Torii through the Torii Dashboard;
The configurations of Torii’s services that you make within the Torii Dashboard.

Compliance

You shall not use, facilitate, or allow third parties to use and/or expose the Torii Dashboard:

To or for any illegal or fraudulent activity;
To violate the (intellectual property) rights of others;
To threaten, incite, promote, or actively encourage violence, terrorism, or other serious harm;
To violate the security, integrity, or availability of any user, network, computer or communications system, software application, or network or computing device.

You will use, and will ensure insofar as reasonably possible that third parties’ use of the Torii Dashboard is, in accordance with:

Relevant security industry standards;
Applicable laws and regulations;
The reasonable instructions of Torii regarding security and data protection, if any.

Remediation

You and/or your organisation will cooperate with Torii to remedy any violation of these Terms in a timely and adequate manner.

Modifications

Torii may modify these Terms by updating this document from time to time.
